The course

AP French Online provides students the opportunity to spend virtually  two hours a day in France - via Internet - learning French.

During the 30 week course, students examine a representative variety of themes from French culture and civilization using written, auditory, and visual documents available on the World Wide Web. Within the context of these topics, students are guided in a thorough review of French grammar; rigorous development of their skills in reading and auditory comprehension as well as in written and oral expression; and extensive practice of the language tasks that will be required of them on the AP French Exam.

The course is highly interactive and features regular live-voice, class discussions via Internet, peer review of writing assignments, and a discussion board where students are encouraged to ask questions and post comments on a daily basis. Assignments are posted on the class website every two weeks, and the teacher is available for individual help, by email, at the students' request.

Fees

Tuition for the 30 week course is $549.00.

Students should plan on an additional cost of approximately $150 for required texts and other learning resources.

All students will register for the course through Paypal after being approved for registration by the instructor.
